Working Principle
The rail lifting machine generally adopts the principle of hydraulic transmission. When the operator presses the lift button on the control handle, the oil pump starts working, drawing hydraulic oil from the tank and delivering it to the lower chamber of the oil cylinder. The hydraulic oil generates pressure in the oil cylinder, pushing the piston upward, thereby driving the lifting arm and support plate to rise, achieving the purpose of lifting the track or heavy object. When it needs to be lowered, pressing the down button on the control handle opens the return valve of the oil cylinder, allowing the hydraulic oil to flow back to the tank, and the piston descends under the action of gravity, bringing down the lifting arm and support plate.
