Material and process
Material: The material of the cable plate is usually Q345 low carbon steel, which is not lower than the mechanical performance of U-shaped support steel, and the bolts are made of round steel corresponding to the U-shaped steel material.
Process: Includes cutting, hot pressing, drilling on a drilling machine, tapping, etc. The steel plate is first heated to 1000-1200℃ for hot rolling, and then holes are drilled on three sides of the cable and processed into threads.

Technical requirements
Appearance: The surface must not have defects such as cracks, burrs, or flash.
Dimensional accuracy: The allowable error for the thickness of the formed cable plate is ±0.5mm, the allowable error for the width is ±0.2mm, and the allowable deviation for the bolt hole spacing is ±1mm.
Mechanical properties: The average working resistance of the 25U type steel scalable support cable is not less than 100kN, for 29U type steel not less than 140kN, and for 36U type steel not less than 190kN, with the difference between the maximum and minimum working resistance not exceeding 25kN.
